Released in March 2022 as part of Barton 1792 Distillery's second batch of finished bourbons, this whiskey begins with a high-rye bourbon recipe aged 5-6 years in new charred American oak barrels. The bourbon is then finished for an additional 2-4 years in various styles of Madeira casks, creating a unique flavor profile that combines traditional bourbon characteristics with wine barrel influences.

The Madeira finish imparts distinctive notes of dried cherry and orange peel alongside complex oak and Madeira wine aromas.
