The Void V3 is a barrel-aged Belgian-style Quadrupel from Anchorage Brewing Company, one of Alaska's most acclaimed craft breweries. This 15% ABV monster is fermented in oak and aged for 12 months in 15-year Calumet Farms bourbon barrels, resulting in an incredibly complex sipper.

The beer pours a dense, oily near-black color with dark brown highlights and a tan foam collar. The aroma features vinous brandy, whiskey, oak, vanilla, dark fruits, and dark brown sugars. Flavors explode with whiskey, oak, vanilla, brandy, dark cherry, dates, dark breaded malts, tobacco, prunes, dark cocoa, and Belgian candy sugars. The mouthfeel is syrupy and rich with warming alcohol and light carbonation.

After a year in premium bourbon barrels, this beer showcases intricate notes of vanilla, wood char, and whiskey that accentuate the Belgian quad base. Rated 4.34 on Untappd with over 700 ratings and scored 90 (Outstanding) on BeerAdvocate. Sold in a signature black wax-dipped 375ml bottle. Case contains 12 bottles.
