Belle de Brillet is a premium French pear liqueur crafted by Maison Brillet in the Cognac region of France. It harmoniously blends the intense fruitiness of Williams pear eau-de-vie with the refined complexity of Cognac, creating one of France's great classic liqueurs alongside Grand Marnier and Bénédictine.

Each 700mL bottle is made from approximately 18 fresh Williams pears, combined with Cognac, water, and vanilla sugar made with fresh vanilla from Madagascar. Belle de Brillet contains no caramel, added flavors, artificial coloring, or neutral alcohol — only natural ingredients, giving it an exceptionally clean, fruit-forward character.
