Arcadia Rustic Red Cedar 2-Person Barrel Sauna

The Arcadia Rustic Red Cedar Barrel Sauna is a traditional outdoor barrel sauna designed for two adults, built with Western Red Cedar stave construction and secured with stainless steel bands. It features a 6.0kW Harvia electric heater with sauna stones and a tempered full-glass door with a deluxe handle. Two full-length opposing benches provide seating inside the barrel interior.

The sauna requires a dedicated 220–240V, 30-amp electrical circuit installed by a licensed electrician — it cannot be powered from a standard 120V household outlet. A flat, well-draining foundation such as a concrete slab, compacted gravel with pavers, or a structurally rated deck is required prior to installation. The unit ships curbside via common carrier with a delivery window of approximately 4–6 weeks; buyers are responsible for moving components from the curb to the installation site. Heat-up time to comfortable sauna temperatures (165–180°F) is typically 30–45 minutes, with temperatures up to 190°F achievable in 60 minutes or less under mild weather conditions. Western Red Cedar will naturally gray outdoors without UV-protective treatment; interior surfaces should not be sealed with film-forming finishes. Stainless steel bands require periodic re-tightening as the wood expands and contracts with seasonal changes.
