The shrimp are wild-caught by artisanal fishermen from the pristine waters off the Pacific coast of Baja California Sur, Mexico, prized for their naturally sweet flavor and firm texture. This 24 oz package is gluten free and distributed under the Dine Well by Northern Chef brand.
