Made from 100 percent free run juice, this full-bodied red blend showcases the rich character of Paso Robles terroir.

DAOU wines are known for their powerful aromatic profiles featuring dark fruit notes like blueberry, boysenberry, and black plum, with evolving layers of elderberry and truffle. The wines often exhibit cocoa and cardamom spice accents with hints of eucalyptus. DAOU Vineyards sources grapes from premier AVAs in Paso Robles that produce exceptional expressions of each varietal, with all fruit grown to DAOU's exacting standards.

The winery produces several red blend collections including the Reserve Wine Collection, Patrimony Estate wines featuring unfathomably high phenolics for exceptional color, taste and texture, and approachable blends like Pessimist. DAOU wines are crafted using proprietary fermentation techniques developed by winemaker Daniel Daou. The case contains 12 bottles of 750ML each.
