The package contains 36 tortillas divided into two resealable packs, making it easy to freeze what you don't immediately need. To cook, simply preheat a non-stick pan or comal to medium heat and cook each tortilla until light blistering appears (approximately 20–30 seconds per side) until light golden brown on both sides. Tortillas can also be frozen for later use — thaw fully in the refrigerator before separating and cooking. Do not microwave.
