Don Julio Blanco Tequila is a premium unaged silver tequila crafted from 100% hand-selected Blue Weber agave grown in the highlands of Jalisco, Mexico. Established in 1942 by Don Julio González when he was just 17 years old, this tequila represents the spirit in its purest form and serves as the base from which all other Don Julio variants are derived.

The tequila is double-distilled in copper-lined pot stills using a time-honored distillation process. On the nose, it presents crisp agave aromas blended with hints of fresh citrus including lemon, lime, and grapefruit. The taste delivers a light, sweet agave flavor that is clean and dry with a touch of black pepper. The finish is equally clean and dry, complemented by subtle pepper notes.

Bottled at 40% ABV (80 Proof), Don Julio Blanco is exceptionally versatile. Commonly referred to as "silver" tequila, it can be enjoyed neat, on the rocks, or as the essential base for cocktails such as Margaritas, Palomas, and Tequila Sunrises.
