Produced at The Dalmore Distillery in the Scottish Highlands, this expression balances the nutty flavors of Oloroso sherry with the sweet richness of Pedro Ximénez, resulting in a complex and refined whisky.

The spirit is initially matured in American white oak ex-Bourbon barrels, which contribute The Dalmore's signature house style of chocolate, orange, and spice. It is then fully finished in casks that previously held a unique sherry blend — a proprietary recipe created exclusively for The Dalmore combining aged Oloroso and rich Pedro Ximénez — designed to enhance and deepen the house character.

On the nose, expect caramelized orange, ginger, and sultanas laced with honey. The palate delivers dark chocolate and crushed almonds with a dusting of cinnamon. The finish is long and indulgent, with notes of sweet mangoes, panna cotta, and lemon sponge cake. Bottled at 43% ABV.
