Monte da Ravasqueira Encantado Tinto is a red wine from the Alentejano region of Portugal, produced by the estate located in the municipality of Arraiolos, about an hour from Lisbon. This 750ML bottle is a blend of Syrah, Alicante Bouschet, and Touriga Francesa grapes, with an alcohol content of 14% by volume.

The winemaking approach combines Syrah and Touriga Franca vinified in open presses with automatic treading and high extraction, while Alicante Bouschet is vinified in stainless steel vats at lower temperatures to preserve freshness and elegance. The wine is aged for 8 months in new French oak barrels, developing complexity and structure.

On the palate, Encantado delivers ripe fruit balanced with forest aromas, angular and present tannins from the Touriga Franca, and the freshness and exuberance of fruit from the Alicante Bouschet. It pairs well with beef, veal, poultry, and pasta. Contains sulfites.
