Doyard Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs Extra Brut is a prestige Champagne from France's renowned Côtes des Blancs region, crafted entirely from 100% Chardonnay grapes sourced from Grand Cru classified villages including Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, Cramant, Oger, and Avize.

The Doyard family's winemaking heritage in Champagne stretches back to 1677, with Maurice Doyard officially founding the domaine in 1927 in Vertus. Today, Guillaume Doyard manages 10 hectares of vineyards farmed using organic methods, with horses working most parcels. Yields are kept deliberately low for concentrated intensity, and each parcel is fermented separately in barrel using state-of-the-art Coquard PAI presses. All cuvées undergo a minimum of 48 months of aging on the lees before disgorgement, resulting in exceptional depth and complexity.

This Extra Brut Champagne delivers depth, richness, freshness, and length in ample quantities, with hints of toasted coconut, chopped almond, poached quince, kumquat, floral notes, and fleur de sel on the palate. It is an excellent pairing with shellfish, crab, and lobster.
