Each tablet features a delayed-release coating designed to help protect the stomach lining by dissolving in the intestine rather than the stomach. This Costco value pack includes 365 enteric-coated tablets — a full year's supply at one per day.

The enteric (safety) coating makes these tablets round, yellow, and 6mm in size, with the delayed-release formula preventing fast onset relief. For this reason, they are not suitable for situations requiring immediate pain relief. Each tablet contains aspirin 81mg (NSAID) as the active ingredient.

Important warnings: Aspirin carries a risk of stomach bleeding, particularly in those who take other NSAIDs, are age 60 or older, have a history of stomach ulcers, or consume alcohol regularly.
