Collefrisio In & Out Pecorino is a crisp Italian white wine from the Abruzzo region of central Italy, made from 100% Pecorino grapes grown in the Terre di Chieti IGT appellation. Pecorino is an ancient indigenous grape variety that has experienced a remarkable revival over the past two decades, celebrated for its aromatic complexity and food-friendly character.

The wine is vinified with cold maceration at low temperatures following destemming, followed by controlled-temperature alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks to preserve freshness and fruit expression. It pours a straw-yellow color with golden reflections. On the nose it shows vibrant floral and fruity notes, while the palate is well-balanced with lively acidity and a lingering finish.

Collefrisio is a winery located in the Chieti province of Abruzzo, an area with warm days and cool evenings that is traditionally recognized for producing expressive white and red varietals. The "In & Out" label represents their approachable, everyday drinking range. This wine pairs well with seafood, light pasta dishes, fresh cheeses, and salads. Sold as a case of six 750ml bottles.
