Flora Springs Out of Sight Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon is a premium Napa Valley red wine sourced from the winery's organically farmed vineyard situated on a gentle slope just north of the Coombsville AVA along the Silverado Trail. This single-vineyard bottling features dense aromas of dark black cherry and cassis with hints of cedar spice and anise, followed by a rich tannic structure with flavors of blueberry, plum, licorice, summer savory, and a hint of vanilla on the finish.

The wine is known for its lush, round tannins that make it wonderfully approachable in its youth while also providing the capacity to age gracefully for five to fifteen years. The vineyard's gravelly loam soils and relatively cool microclimate yield small berries with a high skin-to-pulp ratio, resulting in very dark color and concentrated black fruit flavors. Alcohol content is 14.2%. Contains sulfites.
