Mijenta Maestra Selection No. 2 is a limited-edition Blanco tequila crafted by Maestra Tequilera Ana María Romero, exploring the full breadth of Mexico's Tequila Denomination of Origin. 100% Blue Weber agave is sourced from single estates across five distinct territories — Jalisco, Guanajuato, Michoacán, Nayarit, and Tamaulipas — each distilled separately and then masterfully blended into a richly complex, additive-free spirit. Bottled unaged at 40% ABV, it preserves the crisp, natural character of the agave.

On the nose, this tequila offers aromas of caramelized coconut, vanilla, cooked agave, caramelized cherry, roasted pineapple, fresh lemon, cinnamon, tonka pepper, nutmeg, cardamom, mint, spearmint, sage, freshly cut grass, and floral notes of roses. The appearance is very bright with silvery highlights, luminous and full-bodied. On the palate, its texture is silky and sweet, confirming remarkable complexity. James Suckling awarded it 93 points, praising its layered citrus zest, roasted agave, herbal and nutty complexity, and polished harmony of freshness and depth.

The bottle features artwork by artist Sophia Castellanos, with spirit-animal motifs representing each of the five tequila-producing regions in the blend.
