Courtier Cabernet Sauvignon is a bold, elegant red wine sourced from the Spring Mountain District of Napa Valley, where 10-year-old vines grow at approximately 1,100 feet elevation on rugged volcanic soils. The wine is fermented in small stainless steel lots and aged in new French oak, a process designed to tame the mountain's naturally firm tannins while preserving the vineyard's intense, untamed character.

In the glass, this Cabernet pours a deep plum color with a violet halo. The nose offers aromatic complexity — cedar, oregano, and rosemary are layered with grenadine and a subtle hint of rose petals.
