Bodega Ignacio Marín Garnachas Centenarias is a premium Spanish red wine crafted from 100% old-vine Garnacha grapes, sourced from century-old vines (100+ years) in the historic Cariñena Denominación de Origen Protegida in the Aragon region of Spain. The winery, founded in 1903, is a family-owned producer with over 120 years of winemaking tradition in the heart of the Cariñena region at elevations between 600–850 meters above sea level.

This wine is aged a minimum of 12 months in oak followed by 18 months in bottle, resulting in a full-bodied, structured red with intense aromas of ripe red fruits, hints of spice, and toasted oak. On the palate it is powerful yet elegant, with fine, ripe tannins and a well-balanced finish—a pure expression of old-vine Garnacha at its best.

The Cariñena DO is one of Spain's oldest protected wine regions, established in 1932, and contains more plantings of old-vine Garnacha than any other Spanish region. The continental climate, extreme diurnal temperature swings, and cold Cierzo winds help develop concentration, complexity, and natural acidity in the grapes. This wine pairs beautifully with braised and roasted meats, lamb, mushroom dishes, and robust pasta.
