The Macallan Hong Kong Edition is a limited release Highland single malt Scotch whisky from the prestigious Distil Your World series, created in collaboration with the Roca brothers of the Michelin-starred restaurant El Celler de Can Roca. Bottled at 46.8% ABV, this whisky is matured in carefully selected sherry-seasoned European oak hogsheads married with American oak casks. The maturation process creates a bold, structured whisky with many layers, designed to be returned to again and again to discover new flavor stories.

On the nose, expect rich resinous aromas balanced with tropical notes of pomelo and mango, alongside dried fruits, sweet soy, and incense. The palate delivers bursts of bright pineapple and ripe mango, transitioning to umami richness, black pepper, ginger, cinnamon, oak spice, and hints of candied citrus and grapefruit.
