Domaine du Roc des Boutires Pouilly-Fuissé En Bertilionne is a single-terroir white Burgundy from the Mâconnais region of France. The wine is sourced exclusively from the "En Bertilionne" lieu-dit in the Pouilly-Solutré village, one of the highest-elevation plots in the appellation at approximately 350 meters, where deep chalky limestone and marl soils impart exceptional minerality and structure. The estate's 45-year-old Chardonnay vines planted on east/southeast-facing slopes produce grapes of great concentration and complexity.

Vinification follows a traditional Burgundian approach: the wine ages for 15 months in a combination of 70% oak barrels and 30% stainless steel, preserving both richness and freshness.
