Lail Vineyards Blueprint Cabernet Sauvignon is a Napa Valley red wine crafted by Robin Lail, a Napa Valley pioneer and descendant of the founding family of Inglenook. The Blueprint represents Lail's approachable tier, designed to showcase the full diversity of Napa Valley through fruit sourced from 11 distinct vineyard sites across appellations including Calistoga, Coombsville, Howell Mountain, Oakville, Rutherford, Stags Leap District, and Yountville.

The wine is composed primarily of 97% Cabernet Sauvignon blended with 3% Petit Verdot, and aged approximately 18 months in French oak barrels, with 55% new oak. It presents a deep ruby and purple hue with classic Napa aromas of ripe blackberry, blueberry, dark cherry, and spiced plum, layered with cedarwood, chocolate, and leafy herb nuances. On the palate it is medium to full-bodied with a round, layered mouthfeel, supple tannins, and a dry, structured finish marked by graphite and pressed wildflowers.

The Blueprint has received critical scores of 92–94 points and is widely regarded as a fine value within the Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon category. It is bottled at 750ML and sold at Costco in a six-bottle case format.
