Brewed with California-grown organic barley from Admiral Maltings and unmalted Patwin wheat from Durst Family Farms, the beer is fermented with Pure Project's house "Murky" yeast strain, contributing its characteristic slight haze. Crushed local organic Valencia oranges from Lodge Ranch Organics — a 102-year-old San Diego farm — deliver a bright, refreshing citrus finish.
