Tenuta di Fessina Erse Etna Rosso DOC is a refined Sicilian red wine from the volcanic slopes of Mount Etna, Italy. Crafted primarily from Nerello Mascalese (90%) with Nerello Cappuccio (8%) and small amounts of Minnella and Carricante, this wine captures the expressive terroir of one of Italy's most celebrated wine regions.

Named for Erse, the Greek goddess of dew, this wine is often called a "morning wine" for its vibrant fruit character and refreshing freshness. The grapes are sourced from east-facing vineyards on Etna, shielded from afternoon heat, which contributes to the wine's elegant aromatic profile. The color is a bright light ruby, with complex fragrances of wild blackberry, coriander, cloves, allspice, and pink pepper. On the palate, soft and austere tannins provide structure while maintaining an approachable, food-friendly style.

This Etna Rosso pairs beautifully with grilled meats, pasta with tomato-based sauces, mushroom dishes, and aged cheeses. It is best served slightly cool at 16–18°C to highlight its aromatic complexity and fresh acidity.
