The Ninja Luxe Cafe Premier (Model ES601) is a 3-in-1 espresso, drip coffee, and cold brew machine designed to deliver café-quality beverages at home. It features Barista Assist Technology that auto-calibrates grind size and brew settings to take the guesswork out of coffee preparation.

At the heart of the machine is an integrated conical burr grinder with 25 grind settings, capable of handling whole beans for espresso through drip coffee. A built-in scale provides weight-based dosing for precise, consistent results tailored to each drink type. The hands-free frothing system combines steaming and whisking to produce microfoam, with four preset programs covering hot and cold preparations including steamed milk, frothed milk, and cold foam.

Cold brew capability uses lower temperature and pressure to produce chilled espresso shots ideal for espresso martinis, iced lattes, and other cold drinks.
