Cortonesi Poggiarelli Brunello di Montalcino is a prestigious single-vineyard red wine from the renowned Brunello di Montalcino DOCG appellation in Tuscany, Italy. Produced by the Cortonesi family's La Mannella estate, this wine comes from a Grand Cru vineyard of less than 5 acres situated at 1,400 feet elevation on the south-eastern slopes of Montalcino. The estate has been producing wine since 1985, now in the hands of third-generation winemaker Tommaso Cortonesi.

Crafted entirely from 100% Sangiovese grapes harvested by hand, the wine undergoes fermentation with a 20-day maceration in stainless steel vats at controlled temperatures of 28–32°C, then ages 24 months in 500-liter French oak barrels. The vineyard sits on sandy, rocky Galestro schist soils with excellent sun exposure, surrounded by natural oak and holm oak forest. The wine delivers aromas of cherry, leather, and earth with mineral lift, followed by dark fruit and balsam herbs on the palate, with firm tannins and bright acidity. Alcohol content is approximately 14.5%.
