Bertani Soave Vintage Edition is a Soave DOC white wine from the Veneto region of Italy, crafted from 100% Garganega grapes grown on the western slopes of the Soave hills. The vines are Pergola trained with an average age of 30 to 40 years, contributing to the wine's depth and character.

The winemaking process revives a 1930s production technique: approximately 40% of the grapes are harvested in September with the must kept cold, while the remaining 60% are harvested in early October and macerated with the skins on the cold must for 3 to 4 days. This method imparts greater freshness to the wine. After fermentation, the wine is aged for 9 months in concrete vats followed by 6 months of bottle maturation.

The nose offers aromas of peach, pear, and apricot, with bright apple notes giving way to ripe peach, magnolia, and orange peel on further aeration. The palate is plush, caressing, and mineral-driven, with vibrant apricot flavors turning to tart green apple skin and lemon zest on the finish. ABV is 12%. The wine is vegan and sealed with a cork closure. It pairs beautifully with white meats and flavorful fish dishes.
