Albert Bichot Clos des Mouches is a white Burgundy from the prestigious Beaune Premier Cru appellation in the Côte de Beaune, France. Produced under Albert Bichot's Domaine du Pavillon estate from a 0.75-hectare plot of Chardonnay vines at the top of the Clos des Mouches slope, this wine is a rare white expression from a vineyard better known for its red wines.

The wine opens with a vibrant, energetic bouquet of citrus fruit, mango, white chocolate, white flowers, honey, and toast, with a whisper of minerality. On the palate it is full-bodied with a smooth, viscous entry, balancing crisp acidity with generous fruitiness and concentration. Ripe yellow fruit and toasty oak character carry through a long, sustained finish. It has received scores of 92 from both Decanter and Wine Enthusiast, and 90–92 from Vinous Media.
