Produced by Cave Brissez-Sennedot, a family domaine run by Eric and Emilien Brissez located in Menetou-Salon, this wine is made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes, the only permitted variety for white Sancerre under AOC regulations.

The "Terres Blanches" designation refers to the chalky, limestone-rich soils (terres blanches) found in Sancerre, which impart the wine's signature mineral character. Sancerre Blanc from these soils typically displays aromas of citrus zest, white peach, fresh herbs, and flint, with a palate that balances bright acidity, stone fruit, and a distinctive chalky minerality. The wine finishes crisp and clean, making it an ideal pairing with goat cheese, oysters, grilled fish, and light poultry dishes.
