Meritxell Pallejà Nita is a red wine from the Priorat DOCa appellation in Catalonia, Spain, crafted by winemaker Meritxell Pallejà who established her estate in 2004. Named after her grandmother, Nita is her flagship wine and a true expression of Priorat's celebrated terroir. Each bottle is a case of 12 x 750mL.

The wine is a blend of 45% Grenache, 35% Carignan, 15% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 5% Syrah, fermented in a combination of stainless steel and cement tanks. This approach preserves freshness and fruit character while honoring the region's traditional varieties. The result is an outstanding expression of Priorat that balances softness with generous warmth, without excessive extraction or oak dominance.

Expect gorgeous dark red fruit flavors, bramble fruit, and beautiful spice notes with a fresh finish. The wine shows deep cherry color, aromas of ripe fruit and scrubland, and a clean, juicy palate entry supported by delicate minerality and round tannins.
