Cair Cuvée is a Crianza-style red wine from the prestigious Ribera del Duero Designation of Origin in Spain, produced by Dominio de Cair, a brand under the acclaimed Luis Cañas winery. This elegant red blend combines 85% Tempranillo with 15% Merlot, with the Merlot grapes grown at 950 metres elevation for slower, more complex ripening.

The wine is aged for nine months in a combination of French oak (60%) and American oak (40%) barrels, followed by six additional months of bottle aging before release. This careful maturation imparts subtle smoky, spiced undertones alongside the fruit-forward character. It presents a medium purple color with violet glints, aromas of mulberries, blackberries, clay, and graphite, and a palate with crisp acidity, mild tannins, and a berryish, earthy finish. Alcohol content is 15% ABV.

Cair Cuvée has earned strong critical acclaim, including 91 points from both Peñín and Tim Atkin, and 90 points from Enterwine. It pairs beautifully with grilled red meats, roasted poultry, stews, and hearty risotto dishes. Sold in a case of 12 bottles.
