Tapiz Sparkling Torrontés is an Argentine sparkling wine made from the Torrontés grape, sourced from Bodega Tapiz's estate vineyards in the Agrelo and Uco Valley regions of Mendoza and Cafayate, Salta. The vineyards sit at elevations ranging from 3,000 to 4,600 feet along the Andes mountain range, where a wide temperature range, enriched alluvial soils, and controlled irrigation produce grapes with excellent concentration and natural acidity.

The wine presents a pale yellow color with greenish hues and offers citrus and delicate floral aromas. Fine, persistent bubbles contribute a refreshing quality, while the palate is balanced with pleasant acidity that highlights the varietal character of the Torrontés grape. Notes of citrus, white flowers, and a hint of tropical fruit round out the profile, finishing crisp and clean.

Tapiz is considered one of Argentina's most technologically advanced wineries. In 2012, Tapiz welcomed renowned winemaker Jean Claude Berrouet — formerly of Petrus in Bordeaux — to collaborate with head winemaker Fabian Valenzuela, further elevating the winery's reputation for quality and precision viticulture. Sold as a case of 12 bottles.
