Duo by Enira is a premium red wine blend crafted by Domaine Bessa Valley, an estate founded in 2001 near the village of Ognianovo in the Thracian Valley of Bulgaria. The domaine was established by Count Stephan von Neipperg, the celebrated Bordeaux proprietor behind Châteaux Canon La Gaffelière and La Mondotte, who identified the exceptional clay-limestone soils of the Bessa Valley as having the potential to produce world-class wines.

The Duo by Enira is a partnership of Merlot and Syrah, two varieties that thrive in the warm continental climate of the Thracian Valley. The wine presents a deep garnet color with abundant aromas of plum, black cherry, and blueberry, layered with secondary notes of subtle leather, toasted bread, and gentle earthy nuances. On the palate, it is soft and well-knit with a smooth, homogeneous texture. Earthy tones add depth beneath the ripe fruit, finishing with elegance and balance.

Vineyards cover 140 hectares planted with Merlot, Petit Verdot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Syrah, all farmed with the precision of Bordeaux viticulture. The cellar is partially carved into rock, providing ideal conditions for maturation in French oak barrels.
