Lost Lore Reposado Tequila is a premium, additive-free tequila crafted in Los Altos, Jalisco, Mexico, under the direction of master distiller Sergio Cruz at distillery NOM 1414. The blue agave is slow-cooked in traditional stone brick ovens, fermented using Champagne yeast, and twice-distilled in copper pot stills.

After distillation, the spirit is aged in used American White Oak whiskey barrels, which impart notes of cooked agave, black pepper, and oak. On the nose, expect aromas of cooked agave, citrus, and black pepper. The finish is smooth and complex, reflecting the highland terroir of the Arandas region in Jalisco.

The brand was founded by Arturo Lamas III, who revived a family tradition of agave spirit production that had skipped a generation. Lost Lore is confirmed additive-free by Tequila Matchmaker. Bottled at 80 proof (40% ABV), 750ml.
