Bib & Tucker Double Char is a small batch Tennessee whiskey crafted through a distinctive double-aging process inspired by open-flame cooking traditions. The whiskey is first aged for six years in new white American oak barrels in the rolling hills of Tennessee, then finished for a minimum of five months in a second heavily charred and smoked new barrel. This fire-forged double char method creates rich, deep flavors with an exceptionally smooth finish.

The nose opens with white smoke, toasted oak, and dulce de leche, accented by notes of cinnamon and clove. On the palate, vanilla and sugar maple lead alongside white smoke, hints of sweet corn, and toasted cinnamon. The finish is medium to long with oak, white smoke, and vanilla lingering throughout. Bottled at 88 proof (44% ABV), it has been praised as one of the smoothest and most approachable bourbons available at its price point.
