J. de Villebois Touraine Chenonceaux AOP is a Sauvignon Blanc from the Loire Valley's prestigious Touraine Chenonceaux appellation in France. Produced by one of the Loire's leading Sauvignon Blanc specialists, this 750ml bottle showcases old-vine fruit grown in clay and flint soils on the Cher hillsides, selected for their aromatic potential and exceptional quality.

The wine pours a golden yellow with an intense color. The bouquet offers characteristic Sauvignon Blanc aromas ranging from exotic fruits to citrus sorbet, along with mineral, flinty notes. On the palate it is smooth, well-balanced, and remarkably persistent, with a crunchy, vivid character and mouthwatering finish. Alcohol content is 12.5%.

The wine pairs beautifully with summer salads, mussels marinière, cod on the griddle with grilled vegetables, white fish, sushi, and ceviche.
