Redbreast 18 Year Old is a single pot still Irish whiskey distilled at the legendary Midleton Distillery in County Cork, Ireland, and imported by Pernod Ricard. It is crafted from a mash of 100% malted and unmalted barley, triple-distilled in traditional copper pot stills, and aged for a minimum of 18 years.

This expression is matured in a combination of ex-bourbon barrels and casks seasoned with oloroso sherry, cream sherry, and ruby port, lending it a layered complexity. It is bottled at 46% ABV (92 proof). On the nose it offers notes of vanilla, orange, fig, clove, and pumpkin spice, with a creamy undercurrent. The palate delivers raisin bread, chestnuts, dried fruit, baked pastry, and warm oak, with a medium finish. Redbreast 18 Year Old was introduced in September 2024 as the newest permanent expression in the Redbreast family, joining the 12, 15, 21, and 27 year lineup. It has earned Gold medals at the 2024 Spirits Business Irish Whiskey Masters, the International Wine & Spirit Competition, the International Spirits Challenge, and the Beverage Tasting Institute Awards.
