Naveran Brut Rosé is a vintage Cava from the Penedès wine region of Catalonia, Spain, crafted by Caves Naveran — an estate with roots dating back to 1901. This sparkling rosé is made primarily from Pinot Noir blended with Parellada, sourced from organically farmed estate vineyards in Torrelavit, located in the high Penedès subregion approximately 30 minutes from Barcelona. The estate encompasses 110 hectares of vines, and each vintage is fermented in bottle and aged on the lees for a minimum of 12 months, developing greater depth, complexity, and fine persistent bubbles.

The wine pours a soft blush color with continuous tiny bubbles. On the nose, aromas of purple fig and brioche lead into flavors of nectarine, dried apricot, lemon zest, and Marcona almond on the palate. The extended lees contact imparts a characteristic richness and elegance that distinguishes this Cava from simpler non-vintage sparkling wines.

Naveran Brut Rosé pairs beautifully with soft cheeses, fresh fruit, light meats such as pork or chicken, and richly flavored dishes. It is an excellent choice as an aperitif or for celebratory occasions.
