Marius César Sancerre Blanc is a 100% Sauvignon Blanc from the prestigious AOC Sancerre appellation in France's Loire Valley. Crafted by the Marius César house, this wine is grown on 40-year-old vines planted in the region's characteristic flint and limestone soils, which impart a distinctive mineral character to the wine.

The wine pours a bright gold color with pale-green hints. On the nose, it offers a floral and fruity bouquet with citrus and herbaceous aromas of lemon, lemon peel, and tomato leaf. On the palate, it is dry and refreshing with flavors of lemon, lime, and gooseberry, bracing acidity, and a long, flinty-mineral finish. Serve chilled between 50–54°F. Pairs beautifully with goat cheese (Crottin de Chavignol), seafood, fish terrine, and salmon.
