The Choya Black is a premium Japanese umeshu (plum wine) liqueur crafted by Choya Umeshu Co. in Osaka, Japan. Made with 100% Kishu Nanko ume fruit — 295g per bottle — this umeshu is aged for at least one year before being blended with French brandy for a mellow, sophisticated finish. The brandy's fragrance spreads instantly on the palate, followed by a strong ume fruit character and a firm, lingering aftertaste. 14% ABV. Sold in a case of 6 x 700ml bottles.
