Baldoria Vermouth Bianco is a delicate, floral, and spiced Italian vermouth from Piedmont, crafted at 18% ABV on a Chardonnay base. The project was born from the team behind The Little Red Door, a celebrated Parisian cocktail bar, and launched in Europe in 2020 with a focus on transparency and quality ingredients.

The vermouth is made through separate macerations of botanicals in hydro-alcoholic solution and wine, then blended together. Botanicals include wormwood (Artemisia vallesiaca), sweet orange, genepy (Artemisia mutellina), lavender, cinnamon, clove, macis (Myristica fragans), and gentian. Lavender provides the signature floral character while baking spices add warmth and depth. No artificial flavors, extracts, colorants, clarifying agents, or preservatives are used. The liquid is aged in steel tanks, then lightly filtered before bottling.

Serve Baldoria Bianco with tonic water or soda for a refreshing aperitif, or use it in cocktails such as the White Negroni, Grande Dame, or as a substitute for sweet vermouth in a Martinez or Manhattan. Available in a 750ml bottle.
