Bodega Piedra Negra Alta Colección Cabernet Sauvignon is crafted by François Lurton's Argentine winery in the Uco Valley, Mendoza, where vines are grown at an altitude of 1,100 meters in cool, semi-desert conditions. This Argentinian red offers a clean, deep ruby color with aromas of cherry, tart red fruit, and a floral violet touch.

On the palate, the wine is full and rich with fruity freshness, featuring notes of plum, cherry, cassis, spiced cherries, and baked herbs, with a medium body and a gently oaky finish. The winemaking process involves cold maceration at 5–10°C for three days, fermentation at 26°C with selected yeasts, post-fermentation maceration, and partial maturation in third-fill oak barrels.

The wine pairs well with red meat dishes, pasta Bolognese, roasted poultry, and hearty stews. It has earned 91 points from James Suckling. Each bottle is 750ml with 14% ABV.
