Harken Barrel Fermented Chardonnay is a rich, full-bodied California white wine crafted to revive the classic oaky style of Chardonnays from years past. The wine delivers generous notes of ripe pear, crème brûlée, buttered toast, and vanilla, with a smooth, buttery finish that Chardonnay lovers have come to crave.

The grapes are sourced from premium California vineyards, with a significant portion coming from the Arroyo Seco AVA in the Salinas Valley. The wine undergoes 100% barrel fermentation with 100% malolactic fermentation, then ages for approximately seven months in a blend of 80% American oak and 20% French oak barrels. Hand stirring during aging develops the wine's signature creamy texture and depth. The 2023 vintage earned Double Gold at the San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition, and the 2022 vintage earned Double Gold at the Sunset International Wine Competition.
