Redwood Empire Pipe Dream is a craft bourbon whiskey distilled and bottled in California, named after the Pipe Dream tree — the 14th tallest tree on the planet, rising 367 feet tall in Humboldt Redwoods State Park. This 750ML bottle is bottled at 90 proof (45% ABV).

The bourbon is crafted from a high-corn mash bill of 73% corn, 18% rye, 5% malted barley, and 4% wheat, blended from barrels aged between 4 and 14 years. The result is a smooth, complex sipping whiskey that has earned 91 points from Whisky Advocate, 94 points and a Top 100 ranking from Wine Enthusiast, 94 points from The Tasting Panel, and a Platinum Medal at the LA Spirits Awards.

The whiskey pours a deep golden hue with a powerful nose of sweet maple, vanilla, and a hint of honey. On the palate it delivers rich, complex notes of roasted pecan, vanilla, and lingering char with woody undertones, finishing smooth with a hint of black pepper.
