The Cru Winery GSM Red Blend is a classic Rhône-style red wine from Paso Robles, California, blending 40% Grenache, 36% Syrah, and 24% Mourvèdre into a rich, full-bodied expression of the Central Coast.

On the nose, the wine opens with jammy aromas of raspberry and black cherry that develop into notes of leather and warm baking spices. The palate delivers ripe blackberry, raspberry, and lavender, with well-integrated tannins and a savory finish accented by dark chocolate. The blend's diverse grape varieties contribute complexity and balance, with Grenache lending fruit-forward brightness, Syrah adding depth and structure, and Mourvèdre contributing earthy, spicy character.

Cru Winery is a family-owned producer founded in 2003 by Richard Spencer and Mike Conway, sourcing grapes from California's finest appellations. The GSM pairs beautifully with Mediterranean dishes, grilled lamb, steak kebabs, and hearty pasta. Sold as a case of 12 bottles (750ML each).
