Herdade do Peso Revelado is a DOC Alentejo red wine from Portugal, produced at the Herdade do Peso estate located in Pedrogão within the Vidigueira commune. Despite being in the south, Vidigueira is one of the cooler Alentejo subregions, benefiting from Atlantic breezes that bring freshness and balance to the wines.

This red blend is crafted from traditional and international Portuguese grape varieties including Alicante Bouschet, Touriga Nacional, and Syrah. The wine displays a vivid red color with an attractive aromatic profile of black currant, black plum, and mustard seeds. On the palate it is fresh, full-bodied, and elegant, with flavors of black cherries and black plums complemented by a savory hint of toast and cloves.

The Revelado is an excellent accompaniment to grilled and roasted meat dishes, hearty stews, and more sophisticated preparations. Best served between 16°C and 18°C (61°F–64°F).
