Sourced entirely from the celebrated La Encantada Vineyard, the grapes are hand-harvested at night to preserve freshness and hand-sorted twice before fermentation. The wine's signature "whole berry" fermentation technique, in which uncrushed berries are included during fermentation, imparts added freshness and aromatic complexity.

On the nose, expect bright red cherry, raspberry, rose petals, and subtle earthy undertones with hints of spice. The palate delivers roasted cherries and dark fruit (plum, light fig) with bright acidity and silky, light tannins. The finish is long and mineral-driven with delicate floral notes.
