Aquilini A56 Cabernet Sauvignon is a premium red wine sourced from the Red Mountain AVA in Washington State, one of the most acclaimed wine appellations in the Pacific Northwest. The A56 label pays homage to the Aquilini family's founding journey and their deep commitment to family and winemaking excellence.

The wine is composed primarily of Cabernet Sauvignon blended with Cabernet Franc, aged for 22 months in 50% new French oak barrels. It opens with a ripe core of dark red and dusty black fruit, with a beautifully balanced oak character lifting the nose. On the palate, it is full-bodied and generously layered, with a delicate, balanced, and round mouthfeel, succulent but firm tannins, and a long, lingering finish.
