The Macallan Harmony Collection Phoenix Honey Orchid Tea is a limited edition Highland single malt Scotch whisky created in collaboration with JING Tea. It draws inspiration from JING's Phoenix Honey Orchid, a complex tea celebrated for its lush dessert wine aromas and exotic fruit notes. Sold at Costco in a case of six 750ML bottles.

Predominantly matured in sherry seasoned American oak casks, the whisky takes on rich fruity and floral flavours. The blend is beautifully balanced by the inclusion of sherry seasoned European oak, which contributes a pleasing roasted richness and a touch of astringency. A subtle addition of former bourbon casks rounds out the profile with added sweetness, echoing the dessert wine character found in the tea that inspired it. Tasting notes include warm honey, summery peach, apricot, tropical fruits, floral honey sweetness, toffee, and gentle oak.
