Sekk Sato Shiki Single Grain Whisky is a premium Japanese whisky crafted "from seed to sip" using 100% locally-sourced grains from Miyazaki Prefecture, Japan. The whisky is produced at the historic Sato Distillery and matured in casks from Japan's only cooperage, Ariake Angyo Cooperage, using a combination of white oak, Spanish oak, and sherry casks.

The mash bill of 88% premium Koshihikari rice and 12% malted barley gives this spirit a distinctive character. Distilled using the unique Sato Still — a design created by Junji Mizue in 1989 incorporating a 500-year-old Japanese slow vaporization method — the whisky offers delicate floral aromas with notes of oak and vanilla. The palate reveals roasted nuts, caramel, and honey, with depth contributed by the Koshihikari rice, finishing with a subtle smoky warmth and lingering sweetness.

Bottled at 43% ABV (86 proof), this no-age-statement single grain expression is part of a lineup launched in the United States in 2024, available in select states including California, Texas, and New York.
