Michael David Winery Cabernet Sauvignon is a sustainably produced red wine from the Phillips family vineyards in Lodi, California. Blended primarily from Cabernet Sauvignon with a modest addition of Petit Verdot, this wine is aged 18 months in 100% French oak barrels (15% new), developing great depth, roundness, and overall structure.

The wine presents alluring aromas of raspberry, blackberry pie filling, and Mission fig on the nose. On the palate, full-bodied flavors of black cherry, brown sugar, and mocha are carried through by a lasting oak finish with lingering raspberry notes. With 15% alcohol by volume, this is a rich, age-worthy Cabernet that can be enjoyed now or cellared for further development. Sold as a case of 12 x 750ml bottles.
