Terra Fageto Fenèsia Offida Pecorino DOCG is an organic Italian white wine from the Marche region, made with 100% Pecorino grapes. The Pecorino grape is a historic white variety once widespread in the Piceno area, now revived through careful selection by dedicated winemakers. The grapes are grown in Campofilone, approximately 4 km from the Adriatic Sea at 250 meters elevation, on primarily clay and limestone soils with north-facing vineyard exposure along the Valdaso valley.

Hand-harvested early in the morning and collected into bins, the grapes undergo cold storage at 0°C for 5 to 10 days before destemming and soft crushing in the absence of oxygen. Fermentation is temperature-controlled at approximately 15°C for about 15 days. The wine ages on fine lees for 3 months followed by an additional 3 months in glass. Alcohol content is 13.30% by volume with a residual sugar of 2.0 g/L and acidity of 6.4 g/L.

Bright straw yellow in color, the wine offers aromas of elderberry, grapefruit, lemongrass, Kaffir lime, and ripe yellow-pulp fruit. The palate features a balanced acidulous vein and sapidity with excellent structure, good persistence, and great softness. Pairs well with raw fish dishes, cold cuts, white sauce lasagna, risottos, poultry, and medium-aged cheeses. Best served at 8–10°C and suitable for further aging of 4–5 years.
